what is your no-show / cancellation policy?
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give 24 business hours advance notice, otherwise you will be charged in full for the time that was reserved for you. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointment sessions. You may cancel your appointment by calling the office and leaving a message. If you are late for an appointment, you will be seen for the remainder of your reserved time. Life is often unpredictable and there are unexpected circumstances that can arise, with advanced notice, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule change requests.
What are your out-of-network fees?

how do i know if i have out-of-Network Coverage?
You may receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company if your plan covers services with “out-of-network providers". When you call your insurance company, you may wish to ask:
- What are my "out-of-network" outpatient mental health benefits?
- What is my annual deductible and has it been met?
- What is the maximum number of sessions allowed per year?
- How long will it take to get reimbursed after I mail my receipt?
What if i have an emergency?
In the case of an emergency or a life threatening situation, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. As a reminder, any urgent or emergent needs must be communicated via telephone, We do not communicate clinical matters through e-mail or text messaging.
